KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Learn and stay up to date on the requirements of the Corporate Transparency Act
Assist in the development of the process for information collection, organization, and preparation for filing with the government agency
Manage client communication
Maintain accurate and organized documentation and files

JOB REQUIREMENTS

2-3 years of legal or paralegal experience
Proficient in computer skills needed to manage and store all data and perform electronic filings
Strong organizational skills
Ability to take initiative and work efficiently and independently
Multi-tasking and detail and task-oriented individual
